Based on this information, our experts estimate the company’s value using one of the methods—comparative or income method—depending on the specifics of the company. We require a maximum of 48 hours to deliver the result in the form of a valuation report spanning several pages. The simplified valuation provides an estimated value and, most importantly, is conducted by our specialists using their knowledge and experience. This is not a valuation performed independently by the Client.
