Since 2014, Mateusz Laska has been a licensed Securities Broker (No. 2931). In 2016, he earned his Investment Advisor license (No. 570). The right to practice as an investment advisor is granted to individuals listed in the register maintained by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF).
As of December 31, 2023, there are approximately 850 licensed Investment Advisors in Poland, a number representing all individuals who have obtained the license since 1993.
Throughout his professional career, Mateusz Laska has been responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of issuers, structuring transactions, and maintaining relationships with institutional investors such as investment funds (TFI) and pension funds (OFE). He is currently the owner of Corporate Mind Sp. z o.o., a consulting firm providing financial services to businesses. Previously, he served as the Investment Director at Q Securities, a brokerage house, where he oversaw and coordinated capital transactions exceeding PLN 600 million between 2018 and 2023. His experience also includes managing client investment portfolios as part of Asset Management services at a brokerage house

He holds a degree in Management with a specialization in “Accounting in Corporate Financial Management” from the University of Technology.
KATARZYNA WRÓBEL
SENIOR CORPORATE FINANCE SPECIALIST
Specializes in business valuation, the valuation of intangible assets and rights, as well as financial modeling. At Corporate Mind Sp. z o.o., she is also involved in the valuation of bonds and loans. Her professional background includes significant experience at a prominent brokerage house in the Polish capital market, where she facilitated transactions between individual and institutional clients. This role allowed her to develop strong analytical skills and gain comprehensive insight into the dynamics of capital markets, further enhancing her ability to provide accurate and reliable valuations.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the capital market, he has worked in investment firms, brokerage houses, and investment fund companies. He has gained expertise in roles such as broker, analyst, and fund manager. As a financial controller, he specializes in corporate financial management. As an analyst, he has primarily focused on the financial and automotive sectors. In his daily work, he dealt with statistical models and valuations of publicly traded companies.
Graduate of the Koszalin University of Technology. He also completed postgraduate studies in Financial Advisory at the Warsaw School of Economics.
ADRIAN PRZYMUSZAŁA

Currently, he is working on his doctoral dissertation in the field of economics and finance at the University of Szczecin.
He works as an Analyst at INC Brokerage House S.A. and as a university lecturer at WSB University in Warsaw (currently WSB Merito University) and Collegium Humanum – Main School of Management in Warsaw.
Graduate of the WSB University in Poznań (currently Merito University) with a degree in Finance and Accounting, as well as the Poznań University of Economics with a degree in Economics.
He also completed postgraduate studies in quantitative methods at the Warsaw School of Economics and in business valuation at the Kozminski University in Warsaw.

Marcin Kostrzewa is an experienced professional specializing in capital markets and entrepreneurial collaboration, with a particular focus on the gaming industry. His deep expertise spans the areas of investment management, financial analysis, and corporate restructuring. His accomplishments include overseeing complex transactions, negotiating business deals, and structuring investment strategies that increase the value of portfolio companies. Marcin has a strong track record of working with startups, particularly in the gaming industry, where he has successfully led initiatives to build and grow companies, sometimes integrating multiple teams and ventures. His strategic vision, combined with the ability to navigate capital markets, has allowed him to enhance corporate value significantly.
Marcin is also passionate about fostering strong relationships, believing that business success is deeply rooted in effective collaboration and communication with partners, investors, and stakeholders.
